Handle shop support requests
Review, note, and process the support requests customers submit through your shop's support page.
When a customer submits a question through your shop's support page, it lands in a list you can work through, note, and mark as handled. This article covers reviewing requests and configuring the support page itself.
Open the Support list
Go to Shop → Support to see every request submitted through your shop.
The list shows the date, name, email, phone, company, subject, description, your internal notes, and whether each request has been marked Processed.
Review and note a request
- On the Support list, open a request from the row actions.
- Read the customer's Name, Email, Phone, Company, Subject, and Description — these come from the shop's support form and can't be edited here.
- Add anything your team needs to remember in Notes (for example, who's handling it or what was agreed by phone).
- Tick Processed once the request has been dealt with.
- Click Save.
Mark or delete requests in bulk
From the Support list, select the checkboxes on the rows you want to act on, then use the buttons above the grid:
- Processed — marks all selected requests as processed.
- Delete — removes all selected requests. This can't be undone.
Configure the support page
Go to Shop → Static Pages → Support page settings to control how the support form appears in your shop.
You can set:
- Support link in footer / Support link in header — show or hide the support link in those areas of the shop.
- Title and Menu title — the page heading and the label used in navigation.
- Name, Email, Phone, Company, Subject, Description — the field labels shown to customers on the support form.
Click Save to apply your changes to the live support page.
