Set special prices and article offers for a customer

Give a specific customer their own prices or standing offers on selected articles.

When one customer should pay a different price from your standard catalogue, you can set it on the customer record instead of changing the article. Vinosoft then applies that price automatically whenever you sell those articles to this customer.

Article offers

The Article offers section on the customer's edit page lets you record specific articles you offer this customer, together with their agreed terms.

  1. Open the customer in Addresses (it must already be saved).
  2. Scroll to the Article offers section.
  3. Click Create new, choose the article and the offer details, and Save.

Special prices

To manage a customer's own price list, click Special prices at the top of the customer's edit page. Here you set the price this customer pays for individual articles, overriding the standard price.
