Configuration

The Configuration area is the hub for everything that controls how Vinosoft behaves for your business. It's where you set up your account and company data, the reference lists your documents draw on (VAT rates, currencies, payment terms, shipping methods), your POS devices, and the templates and reports that shape your printed and emailed output.

Most of these are one-time or occasional setup tasks. Get them right once and the rest of Vinosoft — sales documents, the shop, statistics — uses them automatically.

What's inside

Configuration is split into a handful of sub-pages:

• General configuration — your account, master data, and the many system-wide switches: master address, article defaults, SMTP for outgoing mail, shop options, custom fields, document templates, printers, ESR, connected apps, and HelpScout.
• Settings — the reference lists your documents rely on: VAT info, currencies, terms of payment, countries, shipping methods, delivery times, finance and layout options, and POS device settings.
• Standard text — reusable blocks of text (such as introductions and footers) that you drop into quotes, invoices, and other documents.
• Deleted items — a recycle bin for records that were removed, so you can review or restore them.
• Report configuration — the templates, layouts, price lists, and QR/ESR settings behind your generated reports and documents.

Open the area from the main menu, then pick the sub-page you need along the top.
