The Vinosoft POS app turns an iPad into a till for your shop, synced with your Vinosoft CRM.
The Vinosoft POS app turns an iPad into a till for your wine shop. It loads its products, prices, taxes and device settings from your Vinosoft CRM. Every sale you ring up goes back to the CRM as a receipt, where it appears in Orders.
The app has five main tabs: Dashboard, Checkout, Products, Profile and Settings. A sixth tab, Receipts, is behind the arrow at the end of the tab bar.
Where to start
- Get started with the POS app: sign in and let the iPad load its settings and articles.
- Open and close a shift: open a shift with your opening float before you sell.
- Ring up a sale and Take a payment: ring up sales and take cash, card or TWINT.
- Receipts and refunds: find past sales, reprint receipts and refund items.
- Close the shift at the end of the day and print the Z report (Open and close a shift).
Get started with the POS app
Sign in to the Vinosoft POS app and let the iPad load its settings and articles from the CRM.
The POS dashboard
See the current shift, today's sales and revenue, cash and card totals, and the sync status at a glance.
Open and close a shift
Start the day with an opening float, print X readings, and close the shift with a cash count and a Z report.
Ring up a sale
Add products to the cart by tapping, searching or scanning, then adjust quantities, prices and discounts.
Take a payment
Complete a sale with cash, a card terminal or TWINT QR, and print or skip the receipt.
Receipts and refunds
Find past sales, check their sync and invoice status, reprint receipts and refund some or all items.
Look up products and assign barcodes
Browse and search the products on the till, check prices, and give products a barcode so they can be scanned.
Sync the till with the CRM
Keep products, settings and stock up to date on the iPad, and send receipts to the CRM, manually or on a schedule.

Set the language, storage location, payment methods, product cards, printer, card reader, customer display and security of the till.
