The POS dashboard

See the current shift, today's sales and revenue, cash and card totals, and the sync status at a glance.

The Dashboard is the first tab in the POS app. It shows how the till is doing right now and whether everything has synced with the CRM.

Tiles

  • Shift: whether a shift is open. With no open shift, it shows No shift is open and an Open Shift button. With an open shift, it shows how long the shift has been running and a Close Shift button. See Open and close a shift.
  • Total Sales Today / Sales This Shift: the number of sales. While a shift is open, the tile counts the shift instead of the day.
  • Revenue Today / Revenue This Shift: the total amount taken.
  • Cash Payments and Card Payments: how much was paid by each method, and its share of the total.
  • Account: the signed-in user, with a Log Out button.

Sync

The Sync section shows one tile each for Articles, Categories, Receipts, Stock and Settings. Each tile shows its status (Synced or Not synced yet) and the time of the last sync. Tap Sync Now on a tile to sync that item straight away. For more, see Sync the till with the CRM.

Cash register

The drawer icon in the top-right corner opens the Cash Register screen. From there, you can open or close the shift and print an X report (see Open and close a shift).
