Invoices
Invoices lets you create and manage customer invoices, track outstanding payments, and organize them by status.
The Invoices area lets you create and manage invoices for your customers. Use it to bill for orders, track outstanding payments, and keep your accounts receivable up to date.
An invoice is the final document in the sales-document pipeline. A typical sale moves from a quote, to an order confirmation, to a delivery note, and finally to an invoice that requests payment. You can start an invoice from an earlier document in the chain or create one directly.
Status tabs
The invoice list is split into tabs so you can focus on invoices at a particular stage. Selecting a tab filters the list to the invoices in that state.
Open
The Open tab shows invoices that have been issued but not yet fully paid. These are your outstanding receivables — the amounts customers still owe you. Use this tab to keep an eye on what is due and to follow up on late payments.
Recurrent
The Recurrent tab lists invoices that repeat on a schedule, such as monthly or yearly billing for subscriptions or ongoing services. Instead of creating the same invoice by hand each period, a recurrent invoice serves as a template that generates new invoices automatically on its cycle.
In-progress
The In-progress tab holds invoices that are still being prepared and have not yet been finalized or sent to the customer. Use it as your working area for drafts you are still editing.
Paid
The Paid tab shows invoices that have been settled in full. Moving an invoice here confirms the payment has been received and the receivable is closed. Use this tab to review your billing history and completed transactions.
Deleted
The Deleted tab collects invoices you have removed from the active lists. Keeping them in a separate tab means they no longer clutter your working views while remaining available for reference.
