Finance
Finance gives you access to your journal, profit and loss, balance sheet, and tax overviews.
The Finance area gives you access to your accounting journal, profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and tax overviews. Use it to keep an eye on the overall financial health of your business.
The accounting journal
Browse every booking in your accounting journal, filter by period, account range, currency or text, and open a single entry to see its debit and credit lines.
The profit and loss statement
See your revenue against your expenses over a period, with gross profit, EBITDA and EBIT subtotals, an optional year-on-year comparison, and CSV or PDF export.
The balance sheet
See your assets and liabilities at the end of a period, including the profit or loss carried into liabilities, with an optional year comparison and CSV or PDF export.
Accounts and the chart of accounts
View your chart of accounts as a tree of groups and accounts, and create, edit or delete accounts and account groups with their number, type, currency and default tax.
Tax codes and rates
Maintain the VAT tax codes finance uses — their rate, net rate, quota, digit and type — and link each one to the finance accounts it books against.
The tax report
Generate the Swiss VAT report (Steuerabrechnung) for a filing period, watch it build in the background, then view, download and archive the finished PDF.
Invoices in Finance
The accounting view of your invoices — net, tax and gross amounts per invoice and per tax code over a period, with an Excel export that totals VAT by tax.
The tax journal
List every booking that carries a tax code for a filing period, filtered by quarter, half-year or a quarter range and optionally by VAT digit, then export it.
