Look up products and assign barcodes
Browse and search the products on the till, check prices, and give products a barcode so they can be scanned.
The Products tab lists every product the till has loaded from the CRM, with its name, SKU and price. Use it to look up a product or to give products the barcodes you want to scan at checkout.
Search for a product
Tap the search field in the top-right corner and type a name, manufacturer, SKU or barcode. The list filters as you type.
Product details
Tap a product to see its details: Name, SKU, Current Barcode, Price and Price (incl. tax).
Assign a barcode
- Open the product.
- Under Barcode, tap Add Barcode (or Update Barcode if it already has one).
- Scan the barcode on the bottle, or type it in.
The barcode is saved in the CRM, so it works on every till after the next product sync. To take a barcode off a product, tap Remove Barcode.
Assign barcodes in bulk
To label many products at once, tap the barcode button next to the search field (Batch Scan). The app goes through the products that don't have a barcode yet, one at a time. Scan each bottle to assign its barcode, or skip it. When every product has a barcode, the app shows All Products Have Barcodes.
