Turnover per period

Track monthly turnover and profit as a line chart, compare one year against another, and list the individual documents behind a period in the grid.

Statistics → Turnover → Per period shows how your turnover develops over the months of a year, and lets you compare one business year against another.

Chart view

This view opens on the chart by default. It draws a monthly turnover comparison as a line chart: one line for turnover and one for profit across the twelve months of the selected year.

When you pick a comparable year (see below), the chart adds a second turnover and profit line for that year, so you can see the two years side by side.

Filters

  • Date filter — choose All, a single Year, or a Period range, as in the other turnover views.
  • Comparable year — when the Year filter is active, a dropdown appears to pick a second year to overlay for comparison.

Grid view

Switch to Grid to list the individual documents that make up the period, rather than a monthly summary. The columns are:

  • Date — the document date.
  • Number — the document number.
  • Client name — the customer.
  • Sum — the document amount.
  • Currency — its currency.
