The SWK wine trade control report

Produce the official Swiss wine trade control declaration — the detailed inventory with Formular A and Formular B — and the yearly wine sales report, as PDF or Excel.

The SWK report produces the official Schweizer Weinhandelskontrolle (Swiss wine trade control) declaration from your stock and sales data. It builds the year-end inventory of your wine stock, classifies it onto the regulatory Formular A and Formular B, and lists the wine you sold during the year — everything the control body expects, ready to print or export.

Open the report

Go to Statistics → SWK. The screen has two sub-tabs:

  • SWK — the year-end inventory declaration (detailed inventory plus Formular A and Formular B).
  • Sold — the wine sales report for the year.

Both views share a year picker at the top. Pick the reporting year (Vinosoft defaults to the most recent one), and the on-screen preview reloads for that year.

The inventory declaration (SWK tab)

The SWK sub-tab shows your wine stock as of 31 December of the selected year, ready for the control body. The preview is made up of three parts:

  • Detailinventar — a detailed inventory of your wine stock, grouped by SWK class and article, with the open litres and the total litres per line.
  • Formular A — Zusammenstellung der Weinbestände: the same stock rolled up onto the official form, split by class (AOC, Landwein, Wein/Tafelwein, foreign wines, alcohol-free grape juice) and by colour (white, red, rosé, sparkling, other). Values are rounded to whole litres.
  • Formular B — Erklärung betreffend die Umsatzzahlen: the turnover declaration stating how many litres of wine you sold during the year.

To get the document, pick the year and click Download PDF. Vinosoft renders the detailed inventory together with Formular A and Formular B into a single PDF addressed to the Schweizer Weinhandelskontrolle in Dübendorf.

Export to Excel

Besides the PDF, Vinosoft can produce the official forms as Excel files: an Inventar workbook for Formular A and an Umsatz workbook for Formular B, delivered together as a single ZIP archive. Use the Excel version when you want to hand the control body the pre-filled spreadsheets rather than a printout.

The Sold report (Sold tab)

The Sold sub-tab produces Weinverkäufe per 31. Dezember — the wines you sold during the selected year. It lists each article grouped by SWK class, with the quantity sold and the total litres, ending in an overall total (Gesamttotal). Pick the year and click Download PDF to save it.
