The EAV spirits report

Produce the annual EAV spirits summary (Jahreszusammenstellung der gebrannten Wasser) in litres of pure alcohol, drill into a single spirit account, and export both as PDF.

The EAV report is the annual spirits summary — the Jahreszusammenstellung der gebrannten Wasser — that reports your movements of distilled spirits in litres of 100% pure alcohol. For each spirit account it shows the total input (including opening stock), the total output, and the resulting inventory for the business year.

Open the report

Go to Statistics → EAV. Pick the business year at the top of the screen — the summary is recalculated for the year you choose. By default the most recent year is selected.

Read the summary

The summary lists one row per spirit account (Spirituosenkonti / Sorten). Each row shows:

  • Total input (Gesamteingang) — all incoming quantity for the year, including the opening stock carried in, expressed in litres of pure alcohol (Liter 100%).
  • Total output (Gesamtausgang) — everything that left stock during the year, in litres of pure alcohol.
  • Inventory (Inventar) — the remaining balance as of the end of the business year.

Vinosoft computes these figures from your articles: only articles that have an EAV code, an alcohol volume and a bottle size set are included. For each article it takes the stock movements for the year, multiplies quantity by bottle size and alcohol percentage, and rolls the result up to the spirit account.

Drill into a single spirit account

Click a spirit account name in the summary to open its details. The detail view shows the account's total input, total output and balance (Saldo) in litres of pure alcohol, followed by a dated line-by-line list of every stock movement for the year. Each movement lists the number of bottles, the bottle size, the litres, the alcohol percentage and the resulting litres of pure alcohol, split into an input and an output side.

Export as PDF

Both the summary and the per-account detail can be exported for filing:

  • Report produces the full annual summary as a PDF, formatted as the official yearly compilation with a confirmation statement and a signature line at the bottom.
  • Report details produces a PDF for a single spirit account with its movement list.

The export uses the business year you selected and names the file after the EAV report and the year (the detail export also includes the spirit-account name).
