Design templates with the BEE editor
Build reusable newsletter templates with the BEE drag-and-drop email editor, add merge tags for personalisation, and send a test email before you save.
The BEE editor is a drag-and-drop email designer built into Vinosoft. Instead of writing HTML, you drag blocks — text, images, buttons, dividers — onto a canvas and style them visually. You can save a design as a reusable template and start future newsletters from it.
Open the templates list
Go to Newsletters → Templates to see your saved templates. Each template has a name and a preview image.
Create a template
- On the Templates list, click Create new.
- Give the template a Name, and optionally upload a Preview image so it's easy to recognise in the list.
- Click Save to open the design in the BEE editor.
Design in the BEE editor
Inside the editor you build the email by dragging content blocks onto the canvas and editing them in place. Your work is saved automatically every few seconds while you design.
- Merge tags — insert personalisation that Vinosoft fills in per recipient: First Name, Last Name, Email, Title, and Address Name. If your plan includes the shop, an Unsubscribe link tag is also available.
- Save — stores the design. Saving from a template returns you to the templates list; saving from a newsletter returns you to that newsletter.
- Save as template — turns the current design into a reusable template.
Reuse a template
When you create a newsletter with the extended module, you can start from one of your saved templates instead of a blank canvas. Edit an existing template any time with Edit on the Templates list, then Open editor.
Design here, then compose and send from Create and send a newsletter and track delivery in the Monitor the email queue.
