View loyalty cards and point balances

See every loyalty card, its current point balance, and a card's full points history.

If your shop runs a loyalty-points program, Vinosoft tracks every issued card, the customer it's linked to, and the points earned or spent on it.

Open the loyalty overview

Go to Shop → Loyalty to see every loyalty card.

The Loyalty overview grid with columns for card number, card code, status, balance, issued date, and linked date.

For each card, the list shows:

  • Card number and card code — click the card number to open its details.
  • Status — Issued, Active, or Blocked.
  • Balance — the customer's current point balance.
  • Issued at / Linked at — when the card was created and when it was linked to a customer.
  • A barcode icon to preview the card, and an Edit link to the linked customer address (when the card is linked to one).

Open a card's details and history

Click a card number in the overview grid, or open it directly, to see:

  • The card's number, code, and status, with a barcode preview.
  • The current balance.
  • A movements grid listing every points event — date, type (earned, deducted, or manual adjustment), points, an optional note, the running balance after the movement, and a link to the related invoice where applicable.

Correct a card's balance

On a card's details page, you can set a new balance directly:

  1. Enter the new balance in the new balance field.
  2. Click Set balance.
  3. Confirm the change.

Vinosoft records the difference as a manual adjustment movement, so the history always reflects why a balance changed.

Issue new cards

From the Loyalty overview, click Issue cards to generate a batch of new loyalty cards (choose how many and an optional prefix), then export the resulting card numbers and codes as CSV or Excel to print or distribute them.
