Generating a report
Pick the reports you need, set a year or date range, and generate a single PDF you can view, download, and print.
The Reports page turns your sales and payment data into a printable PDF. You choose a period, tick the reports you want, and Vinosoft builds a single PDF containing each selected report. This article walks through the whole flow, from picking a report to viewing the finished file.
Open the Reports page
Go to the Reports area. The page shows a period filter at the top, a set of report checkboxes, and an Apply button that produces the PDF.
Set the period
Tell Vinosoft which time span to report on. You have two ways to do it:
- By year — pick a year from the Year dropdown to report on a whole calendar year.
- By date range — set Date from and Date to to report on an exact span, such as a single month or quarter.
Use one or the other. If you leave the year on its default and set a date range, the reports are calculated for that range.
Choose the reports
Tick the reports you want to include. You can select several at once — each ticked option becomes a section in the same PDF. The available reports are:
- Payments from customers — payments received from your customers in the period.
- Earnings — turnover and profit, grouped by tax rate.
- Outstanding balance — a summary of open (unpaid) invoices.
- Outstanding balance (detailed) — the same open invoices listed one by one.
- Payments to suppliers — amounts paid out to suppliers in the period.
- Overview VAT — a VAT overview of debtors and creditors.
Generate and open the PDF
- Set your period (year or date range).
- Tick one or more reports.
- Click Apply.
Vinosoft builds the PDF and delivers it as a download named Report_<date>.pdf. Open it in your PDF viewer to view it on screen, print it, or save it wherever you keep your records. Every report you ticked appears in that one file.
Other report and export options
Depending on your account, the Reports page may show extra blocks below the main report options — for example a supplier data export (CSV / XLSX) or a partner-specific report. These are enabled per tenant, so you will only see them if they apply to your account. If a block you expect is missing, it is not enabled for you.
