Turnover

Break your turnover down by customer, seller, manufacturer, supplier, user group, storage location, POS device or time period, and switch between a sortable grid and a bar or line chart.

The Turnover tab shows how much you have sold, sliced by different dimensions. Each view answers a different question — who bought the most, which seller sold the most, which manufacturer or supplier drove the sales, and how turnover develops over time.

The turnover views

Open Statistics → Turnover and pick a view from the tab menu:

The Turnover tab bar in Statistics with the eight views (By customer, By seller, By manufacturer, By supplier, By user group, By storage location, By POS device, Per period).

Controls shared by every view

Most turnover views work the same way, so the mechanics below apply throughout — the only difference is what each row is grouped by.

Grid or chart

Use the view toggle at the top left to switch between:

  • Grid — a sortable, pageable table.
  • Chart — a bar chart of the same figures (a line chart in the Per period view).

Date filter

Next to the toggle, choose the period the figures cover:

  • All — every booking, regardless of date.
  • Year — a single business year, picked from the year dropdown.
  • Period — a free from / to date range.

The grid

  • Sort any column by clicking its header.
  • Page through results and change the page size (20, 50 or 100 rows).
  • Drag column headers to reorder them, drag their edges to resize, and use the Columns button to show or hide columns. Your layout is remembered on this device.

Export

The grid toolbar has two export buttons that always export the full filtered result, not just the page on screen:

  • Excel — downloads an .xlsx file.
  • PDF — downloads a landscape PDF of the visible columns.
