Sales pipeline
See the value of your open quotes grouped by customer, filter by period and customer, and switch between a top-25 chart and a full sortable list.
The sales pipeline shows the money still sitting in your open quotes — every offer that has not yet become an order. It groups those quotes by customer so you can see who has the most potential business waiting to be closed.
For each customer the report adds up the net amount (without tax) of their open quotes, converting every quote into your default currency using the exchange rate stored on the quote. Quotes with the status Ordered are excluded, because those have already turned into sales.
Open the report
Go to Statistics → Sales pipeline. The report opens on the full list of customers with open quotes, sorted by value from highest to lowest.
Chart or list
Use the view toggle at the top left to switch between two ways of seeing the same data:
- Chart — a bar chart of your top 25 customers by open-quote value, tallest bar first. Customer names run along the bottom axis.
- List — the full, sortable grid of every customer with open quotes (no 25-row cap). Click a column header to sort, and page through the results.
The list has three columns:
- Stage — the customer (the client address the quotes belong to).
- Amount — the total value of that customer's open quotes, in your default currency.
- Count — how many open quotes make up that amount.
Filter the report
Three filters narrow down what you see, in both the chart and the list:
- Period — choose All, Year, or Period. All counts every open quote regardless of date. Year limits it to a single business year you pick from the dropdown. Period lets you set a from and to date. The dates apply to when each quote was created.
- Customer — pick a single customer from the searchable dropdown to focus the report on just them. Start typing to filter the list. When a customer is selected, the report shows only their open quotes.
The filters combine, and the URL updates as you change them, so you can bookmark or share a filtered view.
Export
Use the export button above the list to download the current pipeline (as filtered) to a spreadsheet file, so you can share it or work through it offline.
