Quotes statistics

List the quotes you closed or turned into orders, filter them by period and seller, and export the list to Excel with a running total.

The Quotes view lists the quotes that reached a partnership-relevant outcome — those that were closed or turned into an order. Each row is one quote, sorted by date with the newest first.

Open the view

Go to Statistics → Partnership → Quotes. The grid shows one row per closed or ordered quote with these columns:

  • Date — when the quote was created.
  • Number — the quote number, formatted with your numbering template.
  • Client name — the customer on the quote (person or company).
  • Sum — the quote total, in its currency.
  • Currency — the currency of the total.
  • Status — the quote status (closed or ordered).
  • Seller name — the seller who created the quote, or your company name if none is matched.
  • Reference — the quote's reference text.
The Partnership → Quotes grid with the date and seller filters above it.

Filter the list

Use the filter row above the grid:

  • Period — choose a preset period or a date from / date to range, or a single year, to limit the list.
  • Seller — restrict the list to one seller. The dropdown is searchable.

Click Apply to reload the grid with your filters. You can also sort and page the grid by clicking the column headers.

Export to Excel

Use the grid's export to download the current list as an Excel file, ready to archive or send on.
