Stock movements

Browse the full log of stock movements — every income and outcome per article, with running balances — and filter by article, direction, manufacturer, storage and period.

The Stock function is the movement log: every change to an article's stock, in date order, with the running balance after each change. Each sale, delivery, correction or transfer that touches stock shows up here.

Open the stock log

Go to Statistics → Articles → Stock. Each row shows:

  • Date — when the movement happened.
  • Type — the direction: income (stock in) or outcome (stock out).
  • Text — the movement's note or reference.
  • Change — how many units moved.
  • Balance total — the article's total stock after this movement.
  • Balance (storage) — the stock at the movement's storage after it.
  • Storage — the storage location involved.
  • SKU and Lot number — which article the movement belongs to.

Filter the movements

  • Article — limit to a single article.
  • Direction — show only income or only outcome movements.
  • Manufacturer — movements for one producer's articles.
  • Storage — movements at one storage location.
  • Custom field options — narrow to articles carrying selected custom-field values (multi-select).
  • Period — All, a single Year, a Period (date from / date to) or a single Date.

Delete a movement

You can delete a movement you entered by hand — for example a stock correction booked in error. Open the movement and confirm the deletion.
