Sold-articles overview
See how many units of each article you sold and for how much, filtered by period, customer, seller, supplier, storage location and category — with a total and an Excel export.
The Overview is the sold-articles report: one row per article showing how much of it left your shop over the period you choose and what that came to in money. Use it to find your best sellers, slow movers, and turnover per producer or supplier.
Open the overview
Go to Statistics → Articles → Overview. The grid lists your sold articles with these columns:
- SKU — the article number.
- Description — the article name.
- Manufacturer — the producer.
- Supplier — where you buy the article.
- Size and Year — the bottle size and vintage, when set.
- Count — the number of units sold in the period.
- Value — the total sales amount for those units.
Filter the report
Use the filter panel to narrow the report. The period works in one of four modes:
- All — no date limit; every sale is counted.
- Year — pick a single business year.
- Period — enter a date from and date to.
- Date — a single day.
You can further restrict the report by:
- Customer — sales to one client address.
- Seller — sales made by one salesperson.
- Supplier — articles from one supplier.
- Storage location — sales from one storage location.
- Article categories — one or more categories (multi-select).
The filters combine, so you can, for example, see one seller's turnover of a single producer's wines for last year.
Total and export
- The total below the grid sums the Value column for the current filter, so you always see the turnover of exactly what is displayed.
- Export to Excel downloads the filtered report as
articles.xlsx.
