Vinosoft is cloud business software for wine companies — articles, addresses, sales documents, accounting and reporting in one system, rented by the month and kept up to date for you.

Software that already knows what a bottle is

A general-purpose ERP treats wine as any other article: one code, one price, one shelf. The work then falls to you — tracking vintages in a spreadsheet beside the system, retyping figures for the wine trade control, rebuilding the same report every quarter.

Vinosoft starts from the wine business instead. Articles carry their vintage, producer and storage location. Stock moves when a delivery note is issued, not when someone remembers to post it. The Swiss wine trade control declaration with forms A and B, the EAV spirits summary and the VAT return come out of the same data you already entered to invoice a customer.

What every edition includes

Three editions, and the modules you add to them

The Standard Edition covers the daily cycle: dashboard, articles and stock, addresses, quotes, order processing, delivery and packing notes, receivables and payables, newsletters, statistics and configuration. The Professional Edition adds financial accounting, so the books close in the same system that raised the invoices. The Enterprise Edition adds the web shop.

Three users are included in every edition; further named users are charged per user per month. Beyond that you add only what you use — the POS app for the counter, the winemaker add-on for cellar-book work, task management, cloud printing or the cookie consent manager. Support is part of the subscription rather than an extra: email and telephone, from people who know the wine trade rather than a general help desk.

Moving your data across

Articles, customers and suppliers all import from Excel, which is how most migrations start: export from the old system, tidy the columns, load them in. Master data, number ranges, VAT rates and document layouts are then configured once and reused everywhere.
