Choose the Vinosoft Edition That Fits Your Business

Vinosoft is a subscription in three editions. Billed yearly, Standard costs CHF 79, Professional CHF 99 and Enterprise CHF 119 per month. Billed monthly, the same editions cost CHF 95, CHF 119 and CHF 143. Prices are also available in euros, and add-ons such as the POS app or the winemaker add-on are charged on top.

Every edition includes three users. Each additional named user costs CHF 9 per month.

The subscription is billed in advance — yearly, or monthly at 20% more. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period and must reach us at least 30 days before the next one begins.

All prices exclude VAT. In the Professional and Enterprise editions Vinosoft also produces your Swiss VAT return — figures 200 to 510, under the effective or the net tax rate method. See the Swiss VAT report.

Vinosoft runs on Microsoft Azure in an EU data centre, with its own MS SQL database for each customer rather than a shared one. Data is backed up daily to two separate Microsoft data centres, every connection uses 256-bit SSL encryption, and network availability is at least 99%.

Articles, customers and suppliers import from Excel: export them from your old system, tidy the columns and load them in. Number ranges, VAT rates and document layouts are then set up once in the configuration. See creating and managing articles.

Yes. The SWK report builds the year-end inventory for the Schweizer Weinhandelskontrolle with Formular A and Formular B, plus the year’s wine sales, from the stock and sales you already record — as PDF or Excel. It is part of the statistics in every edition, for accounts set up under Swiss law. See the SWK wine trade control report.

Yes. The winemaker add-on adds cellar-book accounting for wine producers to your edition, for CHF 39 per month.

Updates are. Every subscription includes all minor and major updates, and bugs you report are fixed at no charge. Support by telephone is billed at CHF 120 per hour.
