Share a pricelist by link

Give a customer a web link to your pricelist that always shows today's prices — no PDF to resend.

A PDF is out of date the moment a price changes. A share link is not: whoever opens it sees the pricelist with the prices of that moment, as a searchable web page. No login is needed.

Create a link

  1. Open the pricelist under Articles → Pricelists.
  2. Click Share in the action bar.
  3. Fill in the popup:
    • Shared with — who the link is for, e.g. Restaurant Sonne. This is only for your overview.
    • Valid for — No expiry, or 7, 30, 90 or 365 days.
    • Language — the language of the page and of its column titles.
    • Allow downloading PDF, Excel and CSV — adds download buttons to the page.
  5. Click Create link. The link is copied to your clipboard, ready to paste into an email or a chat.

If the pricelist shows a user group's prices, Vinosoft asks you to confirm first: anyone who has the link sees that group's prices.

What your customer sees

The page shows the date the prices apply to, whether they are net or gross, and the currency. Articles are grouped the same way as on your PDF, with pictures if your layout shows them, and a search box filters the list as you type. Your pricelist footer appears at the bottom.

Keep track of your links

All links of a pricelist are listed under Share links on the pricelist page. For each link you see its status (Active, Expired or Revoked), when it was created and expires, its language, how often it was Opened and when it was Last opened.

  • Copy link — copy the address again.
  • Edit — change the name, the download option and the self-service settings. The expiry and language stay as they were.
  • Revoke — the link stops working immediately.
